THE government of Equatorial Guinea has issued an international warrant for the arrest of Lebanese businessman Ely Calil for his involvement in the 2004 coup-plot to oust the democratically elected government of Equatorial Guinea headed by His Excellency President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, the Zimbabwe Guardian has learnt.
