| The Irish-Chinese Green Dragon has suffered a setback in the second leg of the Volvo Ocean race. The yacht suffered a broken boom in a 50 knot squall 1500 miles off Mauritius at 11am this morning.

| Just before 1100 GMT today (18 November) Green Dragon reported that they had broken their boom. The crew are all safe and are in contact with their shore team. They are currently 1500 miles SW of Mauritius.
